- Analytical mindset with the ability to lead cross functional teams in complex environments
Responsibilities
- Own service performance across infrastructure and support functions
- Monitor service metrics, analyze trends, and identify risks or constraints before they impact users
- Develop service plans, forecasts, and models for VMware environments to support reliable delivery
- Operate and mature ITIL service management processes with a focus on capacity, performance, and availability management
- Drive service improvement initiatives based on data, customer feedback, and technology change
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Resource Manager (Capacity Manager) to join our secure Defence environment in Basingstoke. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that our VMware based infrastructure capacity and service performance meet current and future demands while maintaining stability, availability, and cost control. You will play a critical part in leading service assurance and continuous improvement within a high-security operational setting.
