Requirements
Must:
- Must hold active SC clearance or be SC eligible
- Must be PAYE through umbrella
- Proven expertise in Power BI and CMDB management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience in auditing and compliance standards, preferably ISO/IEC 27001
- Ability to define and implement data quality standards and KPIs
- Knowledge of process automation and efficiency improvement in IT asset management
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports to track IT service performance metrics, KPIs, and compliance status
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and linked asset repositories
- Define data quality standards and KPIs for CMDB
- Design and run regular audits and reconciliation routines between the physical IT environment and CMDB data to identify discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in IT asset and configuration management through data analysis
Description
We are seeking a Power BI and CMDB IT specialist to join our team in Wokingham, offering a hybrid working model of 50/50. This role focuses on data analysis and reporting, alongside the governance and management of critical national infrastructure data.
