Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Wealth Management
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in producing detailed business requirements, use cases, process flows, and data models
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Lead the full impact assessment of client documentation
- Manage the drafting, reviewing, and sign-off process for new client documents
- Oversee the preparation and approval of consent letters, packs, and FAQs supporting client migration activities
- Conduct data reviews of intermediated clients to support workstream scheduling and planning
- Develop the roll-out model for all new client documents
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather clear requirements
- Act as a liaison between business areas, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Design and support delivery of small system and configuration changes
- Collaborate with the Business Design Specialist to deliver large-scale technical changes
- Assist in creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Ensure compliance with group technical standards and principles
