- Knowledge of code quality tools (e.g., linters, etc.) and nonfunctional standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2, OWASP)
- Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor
- Excellent collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Dev Lead to pioneer and apply Context Engineering
- Curate high-quality AI contexts for large-scale software projects
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows into Enterprise Design Thinking methodologies
- Enhance ideation, empathy mapping, and iterative prototyping across multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver on current initiatives while ensuring high standards of code quality
