Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in BI development and reporting transformation within complex, multi-entity or multi-country environments
- Proven expertise in Tableau (end-to-end dashboard design and development)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working across regions/business units with varying definitions and reporting standards
- Background in reporting migrations, transformations, or ecosystem rebuilds
- Ability to work hands-on while also helping define future standards and structure
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Nice to Have: Snowflake, dbt, Jira & Confluence, Python
- Experience in Mentoring and Supporting small BI/Analytics Teams
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in aligning multiple regions into a single, modern BI ecosystem
- Reduce maintenance overhead and enable the organization to focus on innovation and growth
- Support the wider charitable mission of the organization
- Work closely with Group Insight teams and local country BI teams to understand reporting needs
- Harmonise definitions and support the design of a scalable, future-proof reporting structure
- Engage in reporting transformation and standardisation
- Participate in BI development and data engineering tasks
- Contribute to project delivery and collaboration efforts
