Acquisition Integration Specialist

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years in IT support, system administration, or network engineering
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Familiar with operating systems and networking protocols
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- IT certifications (CompTIA A, Network, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data security methods preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the integration of IT systems, equipment, and technology during organizational acquisitions
- Support the planning, installation, configuration, and deployment of technology systems acquired through mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships
- Assist with the integration of acquired systems, ensuring compatibility with corporate IT standards
- Help with secure and accurate data migration between legacy and new systems
- Provide technical support and resolve integration-related issues on-site and remotely
- Maintain records of integration processes and configurations
- Assist in creating training materials
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business units to align IT systems with business needs
- Support the implementation of security protocols during integration and assist in compliance checks
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot any post-deployment issues
Description
We are looking for an Acquisition Integration Specialist to join our global team, working remotely from the UK with regular international travel required. This 6-month contract position offers a pay rate of £35 - £37 per hour. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration of IT systems during organizational acquisitions, providing both strategic support and technical troubleshooting. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be equipped to manage various integration tasks while adhering to our policies and procedures.
