Requirements
Must:
- I require a candidate with 5+ years of experience in accessibility consultancy roles.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- You should have experience analyzing accessibility reports and providing recommendations.
- I am looking for someone who has delivered accessible cross-platform digital solutions.
- A deep understanding of WCAG standards is critical.
- Proficiency in ARIA, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary.
- You should be familiar with assistive technologies such as NVDA, Talkback, Voiceover, ZoomText, and JAWS.
- Experience using accessibility testing tools like Axe, CCA, and SiteImprove is also required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and team guidance skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Your role will involve analyzing accessibility reports and suggesting actionable recommendations for improvement.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital solutions are accessible across various platforms.
- I expect you to leverage your understanding of WCAG standards to guide our development teams.
- You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of best practices in accessibility.
- Additionally, you will use various testing tools to ensure the effectiveness of our accessibility efforts.
Description
