Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility to undergo SC Clearance
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles
- Experience in inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control
- Ability to handle incoming technical support incidents and requests
- Competent in management of personal call queue with timely closure
- Proficient in customer communication and ongoing updates
- Experience resolving a range of calls from simple to complex technical issues
- Ability to escalate calls to 3rd Line Team as necessary
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with internal teams such as Development and Projects
- Ability to perform software builds/re-builds on PCs and laptops
- Skilled in fixing hardware faults and installing hardware upgrades
Responsibilities
- Maintain the smooth operation of supply chain processes
- Handle various tasks related to inventory management
- Ensure equipment maintenance and quality control
- Manage incoming technical support incidents and requests
- Keep track of personal call queue and ensure timely closure
- Communicate updates to customers effectively
- Resolve calls ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries
- Escalate calls to the 3rd Line Team when necessary
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team of Engineers
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
- Work with internal teams such as 3rd Line Technical Delivery Teams, Development, and Projects
- Perform software builds/re-builds on PCs and laptops as necessary
- Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware
