Requirements

Must:
- A Computer Science Degree or equivalent is advantageous. - 8 years of experience in mobile app development, including 1 year in a lead position. - Proficiency in modern languages such as iOS (Swift and Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin and Java). - Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter and React Native. - Familiarity with debugging tools such as adb (Android Debug Bridge) and Instruments (for iOS). - Understanding and familiarity with UI/UX design principles. - Conceptual understanding of software development principles and the SDLC model. - Experience with app store submissions for Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Knowledge of modeling and consuming REST APIs, WebSockets, etc. - Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0). - Experience with profiling and optimizing app performance (memory usage, battery consumption, network usage). - Experience in state management. - Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub). - Experience in Test Driven Development and applying modern software engineering principles. - Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices for software development. - Experience in mentoring and instructing individuals on development and delivery disciplines. - Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience. - A baseline understanding and appreciation for security and privacy by design and default. - General knowledge of security industry standards (OWASP Mobile Top 10 vulnerabilities, NIST, PCI, ISO), best practices (ITIL), regulations (DPA), news, and other relevant Cyber Security information. - Prior experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow. - Experience writing technical documentation such as ADRs/LLDs, user guides, release notes, etc.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the designated technical domain, staying current with trends, technologies, and industry standards. - Own the technical domain, responsible for identifying features, enriching opportunities, and maintaining technology currency. - Ensure operational effectiveness of your tech domain regarding features, performance, and security. - Support the development, communication, and delivery of strategic technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives. - Guide teams on best practices, methodologies, and technical solutions within the domain. - Provide mentorship and training to enhance team members' knowledge in the domain. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business requirements. - Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. - Maintain adequate technical documentation and ensure regular updates. - Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. - Identify and innovate efficiencies within processes, tools, and technologies. - Lead the implementation of technical solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Review technical designs, code, and deliverables to guarantee quality and adherence to standards. - Engage with clients, partners, or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that influence decision-making. - Identify potential risks related to domain-specific technologies and propose mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
