Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and confidence using Microsoft platforms, particularly Power Platform (Power BI, Dynamics is a plus).
- A creative mindset paired with a practical approach to solving complex problems.
- Experience with tech tools like AI, e-signatures, and contract automation is welcome but not essential.
- Confidence engaging and training stakeholders across various levels.
- Enthusiasm for change management and process design.
- A passion for making services smarter, faster, and more impactful.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver tech and process improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and design smart, scalable solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain technology platforms such as matter management and document automation.
- Champion innovation through training, demos, and stakeholder engagement.
- Dive into data and reporting to help shape better outcomes.
- Become the team’s go-to expert on SharePoint, Microsoft tools, and tech platforms.
Description
We are a forward-thinking organization based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, looking for a Power Platform Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. We are seeking a future-facing technologist who is an early adopter of technology and has a knack for process improvement to help transform how we deliver services across our business. In return, we offer a competitive salary between £46,750 and £56,750, along with a bonus, enhanced pension scheme, and plenty of additional perks. Our workplace operates on a hybrid model, requiring two in-office days per week with flexibility between 7 am and 7 pm.
