Requirements

Must:
- Strong experience in developing and configuring solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce - Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including change management and incident handling - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively - Proven ability to apply IT Project Management methods, particularly Agile and DevOps, to deliver technology solutions effectively - Strong commitment to quality, security, and reliability in all development and configuration work - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers to achieve shared goals - Skilled in time management and prioritisation, ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met - A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
