Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for an experienced Administrator with exposure to financial or contract data.
- I expect strong technical skills with MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP expert!).
- Experience using systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle is essential.
- A proven track record in billing, data entry, and reporting is required.
- You should be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and confidence as a team player are necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to manage reporting and database tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You will perform data entry, billing, and contract administration with meticulous attention to detail.
- Producing and analyzing reports using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and other advanced functions, will be part of your role.
- You will work with technical tools such as MS Office, Excel, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle.
- Supporting colleagues and customers with clear communication and strong problem-solving skills is key.
- I expect you to collaborate across teams to improve processes and streamline data handling.
