Essential Skills: - Great analytical skills and excellent attention to detail - High level of numeracy, accuracy, and problem-solving ability - Proven effective relationship management both internally and externally - High level of computer literacy with experience of a CRM system, coupled with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks and manage workload effectively - Commitment to continual learning for yourself and your teammates, including process improvement experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

As an Industry Operations Expert, I will provide ongoing technical support within the Industry Operations Team and the wider business. I will be the ‘go to’ person for industry data exceptions and support industry processes. My core responsibilities will include: - Resolving industry exceptions and queries, and maintaining customer data held within our systems within given timescales - Providing technical support for the wider business on Electricity industry data queries - Liaising with other departments and third parties to ensure fair and timely outcomes for customer and industry impacting problems - Engaging in other projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed by the team - Attending industry/software training days and sharing updates with my department and team leaders - Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and sharing this knowledge with the team
