Application Support Specialist

As an Application Consultant, you will be at the heart of our customer experience – helping businesses get the most out of our software solutions. You will: - Develop a deep understanding of our applications and how customers use them in real-world business settings. - Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, document new functionality, and see projects through from concept to delivery. - Lead implementation projects for new customers by reviewing their business processes, identifying needs, and configuring solutions that deliver measurable value. - Document all site visits, manage issues and action lists, and ensure full visibility across every stage of a project. - Take ownership of support queries – investigate, replicate, and resolve issues while keeping customers updated throughout. - Liaise closely with developers and testers to ensure solutions are clearly defined and fully validated. - Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional resources and maintaining strong communication throughout. - (Future opportunity) Assist with pre-sales preparation, demonstrations, and presentations to prospective customers.
