Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, ideally holding a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. Exceptional people skills are essential, as you will need to build and nurture relationships effectively. We seek someone who is a creative thinker with a proven track record of innovative problem-solving. Autonomy and the ability to take ownership of your work are critical; you should be self-driven and comfortable pushing projects forward independently. While experience in growth, sales, or marketing is preferred, it is not strictly required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will identify and optimize channels capable of generating 500,000 leads. You will design and implement scalable lead-generation systems and strategies, collaborating closely with our engineering team to build an automated acquisition engine that supports our global expansion. Establishing and managing partnerships with key organizations in the hospitality industry will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead in-person initiatives to enhance our brand presence, such as community events and podcasts.
