Requirements
Must:
We seek a self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in a CRO-related role, whether in an agency, consultancy, or in-house team. You should have a strong understanding of e-commerce customer behavior and industry trends, along with a demonstrable track record of successfully implementing CRO initiatives that drive business growth. You must possess analytical excellence, being highly numerate and experienced with A/B testing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Hotjar, or Content Square.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for solving problems that matter by delving into underperforming areas of client websites, using analytics to identify issues, and collaborating with the client team and colleagues to devise solutions. You'll find and eliminate friction in customer journeys, transforming them into smooth and intuitive experiences that boost conversions. Collaborating closely with our UX/UI designers and developers, you’ll influence commercial outcomes through data-driven solutions. You will manage A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and ensure insights are translated into actionable steps. Spotting trends in user behavior will enable you to turn insights into commercial opportunities for our clients. You will also consider the entire customer experience—both online and in-store—to ensure consistent delivery of the brand promise. Engaging clients to understand their business goals, leading workshops to align focused strategies, and educating clients and colleagues about CRO and data-driven decision making will be significant parts of your role.
