Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of experience in a 1st line IT Support role on an IT Helpdesk.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Exposure to ITIL practices.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft services (365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to users through our helpdesk.
- Resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Utilize helpdesk ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
- Assist with Mobile Device Management tasks as needed.
Description
We are an industry-leading company located in Birmingham, and we offer a 3-month interim contract for this role. The position requires you to work fully in-office, Monday to Friday, with our office just a 10-minute walk from Birmingham New Street. The working hours will be from 10:00am to 6:00pm, with a day rate of £150. Please note that this role falls inside IR35 regulations.
