Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a similar DevOps Engineer role within an Azure environment.
- A good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.
- Experience in building and improving CI/CD pipelines for product teams.
- Familiarity with cloud observability, including logging, tracing, metrics, monitoring, and alerting.
- Experience with containerization, preferably with Azure Container Apps.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or C# .NET.
- Enjoyment of collaborative problem-solving to create simple solutions for complex issues.
- Comfort in a senior role, with the ability to provide mentoring.
Responsibilities
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, I will partner with the DevOps Lead and the broader tech community to design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, and performant pipelines and infrastructure. I will also design and implement automated IaC tests. In this role, I will work within a culture of technical excellence, address tooling and infrastructure issues, and tackle performance bottlenecks while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
