Requirements
Must:
- I require a strong C# desktop development experience on Windows within a banking or financial services environment.
- You should have a strong knowledge of SQL databases.
- A good understanding of asset classes, such as Fixed Income and Equities, is essential.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, UI development, and cloud computing is important.
- I expect excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is necessary.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior C# Developer, you will work on critical systems across front, middle, and back office systems to support trading, operations, finance, compliance, and investor relations.
- I need you to optimize system performance to ensure efficient real-time data processing, reporting, and automation of operational workflows.
- You will focus on building C#, WinForms, and WPF desktop applications, as well as designing and implementing scalable, service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Exposure to web applications using React and/or Angular will be part of your role.
- This is a senior, hands-on position, where you will collaborate with colleagues in the US and Canada and be the sole resource on these systems for the UK.
