Requirements
Must:
- I have strong backend OOP and multithreaded software engineering experience (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
- I possess commercial Rust development experience.
- I have worked on high throughput and low latency trading systems.
- I achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science from a top-tier university.
- I am collaborative and pragmatic, with great communication and stakeholder management skills; I also have some leadership or mentoring experience.
Responsibilities
- I will design and develop backend services for real-time risk, pricing, trading engines, and market-making systems using Rust.
- I will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with a small and talented team.
- I will engage in problem-solving and work on complex and challenging systems, contributing to interesting projects with significant bonus earning potential.
