Must:
We are seeking candidates with expertise in crafting network services or asynchronous code using Rust. Ideally, you should have at least two years of production experience with Rust or substantial contributions to open-source projects. You must also possess the ability to independently troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, including the OS, network, and application layers. Experience in developing distributed systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust Rust-based services and frameworks. You will create clean, testable, and highly performant code in Rust and contribute to the design of large-scale, distributed system architectures.
Description
This is an exciting time to join our team at the digital asset exchange, renowned for its security and platform performance. We are looking to bolster our Rust Engineering team in Europe, specifically within the Core Trading Infrastructure Team, which oversees all aspects of our trading platform's backend, including the trade execution engine, data distribution hubs, internal and external interfaces, and various supporting services. We offer a competitive package that includes a base salary of up to 180,000 Euros, RSUs, and a bonus ranging from 8-15%. This opportunity is available in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Cyprus, and the United States (East Coast). Please note that we are looking to hire people full-time and do not sponsor visas.
