Requirements
Must:
- Strong software development skills with C# .Net, SQL Server, and AWS.
- Experience with solution and technical design of multi-tier, distributed scalable .Net solutions.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven microservices.
- Advanced technical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Agile software delivery teams to define, document, and communicate the technical architecture for new products and features, focusing on scalability and reliability.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to agree on technical solutions that meet business needs and drive improvements.
- Assess the current architecture, identify technical debt, and implement architecture improvements to create technical strategies and roadmaps for the next 6-18 months.
- Foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion, working towards an architecture that optimizes flexibility, reuse, scalability, performance, durability, and availability.
- Build architectural frameworks that can be consistently demonstrated across different teams and initiatives.
Description

As a Principal Engineer / Architect, you will earn a competitive package with a salary of up to £80k, 25 days of holiday, Vitality Health Insurance, a 5% non-contributory pension, and death in service benefits.
