Must:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer who possesses strong Java, AWS, and Kubernetes skills. You should also have a solid appreciation for user interface and front-end development using React or Tailwind CSS. A strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices, including cloud-native applications, microservices, and CI/CD, is essential. We value your advocacy for AI and your eagerness to explore its capabilities. You should be commercially aware, capable of seeing the 'big picture,' and skilled in problem-solving with the ability to make trade-offs. Collaboration and pragmatism, along with excellent communication skills, are a must. Ideally, you will also have a good understanding of Financial Services and Open Banking.

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will join a small team to build systems from the ground up. You'll work across the full technology stack with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native microservices that form the core of our platform. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer, Architect, and Product Manager to shape system design, APIs, and data models that enable scalable backend logic and a clean user interface.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home most of the time, with occasional meetings in London. As the company grows, there may be some in-office requirements, but we prioritize flexibility. In this position, you will receive a salary of up to £110k and significant stock options.
