Requirements
Must:
- I have an outstanding record of academic achievement with a minimum 2.1 in a STEM discipline from a top-tier university (such as a Russell Group or top 100 global university), supported by A grades at A-level.
- I possess advanced C# .Net programming skills, including .Net Core. I am open to considering candidates with a background in Java, Python, or C++ who are willing to focus on C# moving forward.
- I have a strong knowledge of SQL databases.
- I have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.
- I am entrepreneurial with good business acumen, eager to take ownership and lead projects.
- I thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy problem-solving, and share ideas with my team.
Responsibilities
- As a C# Developer, I will collaborate with a team of highly skilled technologists and finance professionals to develop algorithmic trading systems using a modern tech stack.
- I will partner with Quant teams to architect valuation, risk, and pricing systems, ensuring the delivery of massively scalable, high-performance streaming compute operations.
- From day one, I will have opportunities for technical ownership and be equipped with the latest tools to help me succeed while learning from experts in the finance industry.
