Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in either an MSP support desk or field/customer-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
- Experience with O365 tenant setup and administration.
- SharePoint administration skills.
- Familiarity with Hyper-V, Active Directory (AD)/Azure AD, and Group Policy administration (DNS/DHCP).
- Good networking knowledge, including routers and switches.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (ideally Draytek, Meraki).
- A full UK Driver's license is essential.
- Desirable skills include recognized Microsoft certifications, PowerShell scripting, and knowledge of network security technologies.

As part of my responsibilities, I will act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team, and I might require making occasional visits to customer sites to ensure service excellence.
