Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong knowledge of control systems, specifically with Yokogawa Centum VP and Exaquantum. Proficiency in PLCs, Siemens Simatic Step7, and industrial communication protocols is essential. Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project is required, and familiarity with CMMS systems (ideally Q4) and proactive maintenance strategies will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take the lead in managing, maintaining, and upgrading the Yokogawa DCS and other site-wide control systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues and performing timely repairs, as well as administering system access and ensuring logic control security. You’ll support auxiliary field systems such as turbine and emissions controls, keep detailed records and backups of system modifications, and collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement system software updates and develop process monitoring tools to drive performance improvements.
