Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on systems and infrastructure. A strong background with the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related platforms, is essential. I value a proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level infrastructure projects, as well as a solid understanding of IT systems, networks, cloud services, and enterprise architecture. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills are also critical. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead business analysis activities across large-scale infrastructure and systems integration projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze both business and technical requirements. Your job will involve bridging the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure that our solutions effectively meet business needs. Additionally, you will work closely with infrastructure architects, engineers, and delivery teams to guide project execution. You will facilitate workshops, write high-quality documentation, and support change management initiatives.
