Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience with Azure, Exchange, and 365 Administration. You should have previously worked in a hands-on capacity as part of an IT Service Desk, where you managed SLAs and adopted a logical approach to triaging, researching, and solving technical problems related to both software and hardware.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to take ownership of all IT-related tasks in our Leeds office. You will be responsible for resolving Service Desk requests and working with a largely technical user base. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees in Leeds, which includes configuring hardware and software using imaging tools, installing software, and preparing IT setups at desks for new staff.

The role is onsite for the duration of the probation period, with the option to work from home one day a week afterward.
