Requirements
Must:
We require a candidate with a minimum of 12 months of commercial Java experience. You should have at least one year of post-degree experience. Essential experience includes proficiency in the Java programming language and familiarity with relational databases. Desired experience includes Java development (preferably with Spring Boot), SQL, Postgres, integration testing practices and languages, and DevOps procedures.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of backend web applications using Java, providing support for existing systems and developing new functionality across projects. You will work within agile teams, allowing you to learn and upskill in multiple technologies. Your responsibilities will also include backend testing and automation, closely collaborating with the Technical Architect to unify standards across backend projects.
