Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven UX/UI design experience within agile or scrum teams. Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe XD, is also required. Additionally, it is important to have the ability to balance aesthetics with usability. Please note that due to our close links to the UK Home Office, we will require all successful candidates to go through DBS/CBT checks. Candidates must be UK citizens, have Settled Status, or Indefinite Leave to Remain.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will test applications, websites, and software to assess user experience. You will translate research into effective design elements and build storyboards and wireframes to communicate design plans. Gathering and analyzing user feedback through surveys and data insights will also be part of your responsibilities. You will design and refine aesthetics across layouts, menus, fonts, and colors while enhancing navigation and overall usability across digital platforms. Additionally, you will produce user stories, journeys, and workflow wireframes.
