Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the charity sector.
- Strong experience with CRM solutions and their implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and their application in a charity context.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Analyse business processes and workflows, working with staff to modernise processes and maximise the value of our new CRM.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements, specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood, deconflicted, and documented.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the scoping phase of a major CRM transformation project. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather and document business and technical requirements, analyse and modernise processes, and produce clear documentation to support a commercial CRM tender. This role is hands-on with a real impact, helping shape how we leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and engagement.
