Requirements
Must:
- At least one solid year of experience as a React Developer
- At least one year of experience working within Front-End Development
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a particular understanding of JavaScript being of particular interest
- Experience in repository management using tools such as Bitbucket
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP or Locomotive Scroll
- Interest in using frameworks such as jQuery and React
- Understanding of website design principles and substantial experience using the Adobe Suite or Figma
- Knowledge or experience with Arc XP is desirable
- Strong ability to explain and demonstrate work to the team, Project Managers, Digital Marketers, and Testers
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a smaller collaborative team and within a wider Digital department
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to comply with company procedures and standards
- Not afraid to ask questions and provide updates on work as needed
Responsibilities
- Join a small, friendly, and supportive team to help craft cutting-edge front-end solutions
- Be at the forefront of the company’s digital work and projects, including the new Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Arc XP
- Develop and amend websites in a commercial business setting, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
- Document code management and serve as the primary point of reference across the business
- Create and execute production-ready code across multiple devices
- Test your own work and collaborate with the testing team on more complex bug fixes
- Promote high-quality work across the Front-End and UX teams
