Must:
We are looking for an AI/ML Test Automation Analyst with experience in testing Chatbot applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python is essential. A solid understanding of AI, ML, NLU, NLP, and LLM is required. You should have experience with test automation tools, including Selenium for web automation, API automation testing, and chatbot testing using WebSocket, as well as familiarity with Cucumber/Gherkin (BDD), GIT/Stash, and Jenkins. Knowledge of AWS services such as Lex, Connect, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB is also important. Additionally, experience in test management tools like Jira, Xray, or ALM, SQL, bot accuracy testing, service virtualization, and knowledge of generative AI/RAG models will be highly valued. Understanding of mobile testing and contact center knowledge would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects while continuously improving testing processes and methodologies, ensuring software quality and reliability. Your accountabilities will include the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality, creating and executing automated test scripts to facilitate early detection of defects, and participating in design discussions to contribute to the development of acceptance criteria. You will conduct root cause analysis for defects, support defect resolution, engage in code reviews, and help foster a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Staying informed about industry technology trends and innovations and actively contributing to our technology communities will also be key aspects of your role.

We expect you to communicate complex information effectively, influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
