Requirements
Must:
- 2 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in C# and/or Python
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and MLOps
- Familiarity with Statistical Analysis and Prompt Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Enthusiasm for AI and a desire to grow as a developer
Responsibilities
- Transform high-quality data into AI-powered products
- Develop and maintain software components/services
- Support the client on their AI journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Create conversational and agent-based solutions
- Work onsite in Birmingham office 2 days per week
