Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in full stack web development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the technical stack: ASP.NET 4.6+ MVC 5, C# 6+, including advanced features (generics, lambdas, delegates), Entity Framework 6+, SQL Server 2014+, TDD/NUnit, JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with Design Patterns and SOLID Principles.
- Desirable experience includes ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Azure Service Bus, Vue, AngularJS, Agile methodologies/Scrum, automated browser testing (SpecFlow/Selenium), and SignalR, ECMAScript6.
Responsibilities
- Develop website features, fix bugs, and write tests in a Test-Driven Agile environment.
- Collaborate with project owners and peers during scrum meetings to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Work on public-facing APIs and back-office websites, incorporating the latest technologies, including upcoming projects involving .NET Core, SignalR, and AI technology such as ChatGPT.

This full-time role requires office attendance (5 days per week) and is best suited for candidates within a one-hour commute from our Loughton office, conveniently located near the Central Line station with quick access to Central London and close road links to M11/M25/A406/A12. Our working hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, with flexibility on start and finish times, and we offer a competitive salary of up to £120,000. You will benefit from 28 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays), which increases by one day per year of service (up to 33 days), a government NEST pension scheme, private healthcare, a health cash back scheme, and lunch on your last working day paid for by the company.
