Must:
As an IT Manager, you'll need to bring proven experience managing Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and Conditional Access. You should have a broad device management experience across Windows and macOS, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, prioritizing a customer-first approach. Your work should focus on documentation, automation, and continuous improvement. Ideally, you will have exposure to AI tool governance, automation, or ISO 27001 environments.
Responsibilities
In your role, you will manage and optimize the company’s internal Microsoft 365 environment and oversee endpoint security. You’ll lead end-user device management across various platforms including Windows, macOS, and occasional Linux. It will be your responsibility to maintain internal IT security, backups, and identity governance, as well as manage corporate cloud tools, VPN, and security configurations. You will also maintain three WordPress-based corporate websites and drive automation and process improvements across IT operations. Additionally, you will shape and implement policies for the responsible use of AI tools and automation.
