Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or Marketing (mandatory)
- 1+ years in a similar role (2-3 years preferred for senior-level responsibilities)
- Previous experience with orders and invoicing
- Hands-on experience with SAP or CMOPS systems
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Proactive and able to manage workload independently
- Strong communication skills for working with global teams and partners
- Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve tickets across multiple systems efficiently
- Support global operations for construction and mining equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners worldwide
- Handle orders and invoicing processes accurately
- Utilize systems such as SAP, CMOPS, and Salesforce to maintain data integrity
- Provide insights and reporting using tools like Power BI (preferred)
- Up to 10% international travel may be required to support global team locations
Description
We are looking for a Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic global team supporting construction and mining equipment operations for a world-leading organization. This is a 12-month initial contract with a high likelihood of extension.
