Platform Engineering Lead

We are looking for a Platform Engineering Lead with a minimum of 20 years of experience in building and maintaining applications, focusing on performance, scalability, security, and reliability. You should have at least 7 years of experience overseeing enterprise-grade platform solutions and have worked in a highly Agile continuous integration and continuous deployment environment, preferably within the financial domain. Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, web services, Kafka, SQL, and PL/SQL (Oracle) is essential. Additionally, you must have solid knowledge of XML and JSON and their usage in API and microservice implementations at scale. Significant expertise in cloud-native deployment using platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes is also required. You should have experience maintaining on-premises environments, containerized applications, and hybrid cloud solutions. Familiarity with leading app servers and integration technologies, including Mule ESB, Anypoint Platform, MQ, and Kafka, is necessary. Proficiency in APM tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics is a must. Furthermore, we expect you to demonstrate a proven ability to leverage knowledge of infrastructure automation, DevOps, cloud technologies, and platform architecture to build resilient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
