Must:
I am looking for individuals with a strong background in BMC Remedy ITSM development and configuration. You should possess an understanding of the ITIL framework and service management best practices. Experience in workflow design, scripting, and system integrations is essential. Knowledge of JavaScript or related programming skills is a plus, as is experience with cloud-based Remedy deployments. Additionally, a problem-solving mindset along with strong communication and collaboration skills is necessary. Please note, sole British nationality is required for SC clearance eligibility.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to design, develop, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy ITSM suite, supporting key ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. You will collaborate with automation engineers and technical leads to integrate Remedy with wider enterprise platforms, continuously improving system performance and user experience. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing BMC Remedy applications, workflows, forms, and integrations; configuring and maintaining ITSM modules while troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance; and developing documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Additionally, you will support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration workstreams.
