Lead User Researcher

As a User Researcher, you will conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, shaping products and services that genuinely improve lives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to integrate research insights into the design process. Additionally, you will design and execute research strategies, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys, ensuring alignment with GDS standards. Communicating findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders will be a key part of your role, driving evidence-based decision-making. Moreover, we expect you to use your understanding of accessibility and inclusivity to ensure services are usable for all citizens.
