Requirements
Must:
- Valid HGV licence with a minimum of 6 months experience
- Valid Digital Tacho Card
- Valid CPC Card
- No more than 6 points on driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Deliver Amazon goods (Relay app experience preferred but not essential)
- Operate trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport goods to designated locations while ensuring timely deliveries
- Conduct vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality
- Secure loads using appropriate methods to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required
- Communicate effectively with transport regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, maintenance, and customer service
Description
We are recruiting skilled Class 1 Tramper Drivers to help transport goods safely and efficiently across various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage delivery schedules effectively. Candidates with experience in commercial driving are encouraged to apply. We offer a Monday to Friday shift pattern, or an alternative that suits you, with a night out payment of £25. This is a full-time, temporary position with a pay rate of £190.00 per day. Additional benefits include free parking and on-site parking.
