Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Reporting Data Analyst, my expertise in data mining, analysis, and visualisation is crucial in uncovering insights and trends, enabling strategic decision-making, and enhancing overall business efficiency. My role includes:
- Performing regular audits to ensure data accuracy and reliability, maintaining high-quality standards for decision-making processes.
- Utilizing advanced data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from databases, driving strategic decision-making processes.
- Handling Business Intelligence tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth data export/import processes and maintaining data integrity across systems.
- Generating comprehensive reports and conducting thorough data analysis for all departments, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to establish and agree upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for progress tracking, enabling continuous improvement initiatives to raise efficiency.
- Utilizing my data management expertise to empower departments across the organization, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
- Driving business growth by providing valuable insights and facilitating informed decisions aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Description
We are a well-established company based in Balham, South West London, and have grown to become the UK's leading importer of the finest Spanish foods. We are passionate about sharing our love for Spanish cuisine and work diligently to find, select, and sell the very best foods through our shops, website, and wholesale business, distributing high-quality products nationwide to Delis, Restaurants, Multiples, Food Halls, and Wholesalers throughout the UK.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. My working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a hybrid working model available after successful completion of the probationary period. Additional benefits include 28 days of holiday pay (rising to 33 days), discounts at our shops and restaurants, access to employee welfare programs, a pension scheme, and opportunities for training and development.
