Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in full stack JavaScript development, particularly with Node.js. You should have expertise in at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or Hapi.js is essential. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ JavaScript, as well as experience with TypeScript and modern development tools, is expected. Knowledge of Cloud-Native development and serverless architectures, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, will be beneficial. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, along with experience in Test Driven or Behavior Driven Development, is also desirable. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, your role will include providing technical leadership and mentorship to our team of developers, guiding them in best practices and delivering high-quality code. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components using JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks. Collaboration with architects and other developers to design robust and scalable architectures is vital. You will participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Leading code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to industry best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions while staying ahead of industry trends to push for continuous improvements.
