Requirements
Must:
- BMC Remedy ITSM certification and proven experience in Remedy application development.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in cloud-based Remedy deployments.
- Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g., JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- To be considered for this role, you must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires:
- Continuous residency in the UK for the past 5 years.
- A clean criminal record and compliance with nationality and immigration criteria.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and customising BMC Remedy applications including workflows, forms, active links, and filters.
- Configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and optimising performance and scalability.
- Maintaining clear technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborating across teams to integrate Remedy with other enterprise systems.
- Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing development of the Remedy platform.
