Must:

- System experience with SAP or CMOPS
- Salesforce experience
- 2 years relevant industry experience (manufacturing/automotive ideal)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or similar
Responsibilities
- Support global users with SAP, Salesforce, MSF, and other order management platforms
- Manage and resolve technical/system queries and tickets
- Translate business requirements into clear IT and process documentation
- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain order, invoicing, and system support documentation
- Collaborate with international teams across seven countries
Description
We are offering a 12-month contract for the position of Business Support Analyst in our global Order Management Support team, based in Desford. In this hands-on, technical role, you will play a key part in supporting the systems that manage construction and mining equipment orders worldwide. We provide an opportunity to work on global operations impacting all CAT construction and mining products, with exposure to new digital tools and SAP modernization projects. Every day brings new technical challenges and opportunities to learn.
