Requirements
Must:
I am looking for an ideal candidate who:
- Has experience in a related IT role (or equivalent).
- Demonstrates competency through successful implementation of medium-level fixes.
- Is multi-disciplined, having gained experience through a mix of formal and on-the-job training.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Is adaptable, customer-oriented, and well-organized, especially in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, meaning you must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years, among other criteria.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Conference Room queries.
- Perform monthly audits (covering 50% of the estate).
- Ensure Incident Management and IMAC completion within agreed SLAs.
- Manage Non-Standard Requests, project tasks, and quotes, ensuring all are completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain End User Guides to ensure that all users have access to up-to-date documentation.
