Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record providing VIP, White glove support for an enterprise level userbase in financial services, legal industries, or high-end corporate environments
- 2+ years of recent experience providing support in a corporate, legal, or financial services setting
- 3+ years of experience providing end-user support for current PC desktop and application software
- 3+ years of experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers in a corporate networked environment
- 3+ years of experience providing end-user support for the current suite of Microsoft applications and management software
Responsibilities
- Serve clients by providing deskside and on-site support
- Respond to service tickets to address client requests or problems
- Resolve all first level end-user problems, escalating Tier 2 issues when necessary
- Contact third-party vendors for warranty service repairs and dispatch
- Provide technical hardware, software, and connectivity problem resolution
- Diagnose and guide users through step-by-step solutions in a professional manner
- Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed
- Troubleshoot printer problems and collaborate with next level support for complex issues
- Conduct hardware and software maintenance and reporting as required
