Requirements
Must:
- 2–3+ years in 2nd/3rd line or senior infrastructure roles within MSP or enterprise settings
- Expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, Group Policy
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, firewalls, storage, and automation
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and proactive improvement skills
- Cybersecurity knowledge, backup, and disaster recovery experience
- Desirable: Linux, AWS/Google Cloud, VoIP, MSP tooling, Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102/MS-100)
Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of complex incidents and provide 3rd line escalation support
- Oversee proactive service delivery, including monitoring, patching, and optimization
- Drive automation, standardization, and infrastructure improvements
- Support customer security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
- Mentor 1st and 2nd line engineers, sharing knowledge and raising team capability
- Maintain high-quality documentation and clear communication with stakeholders
