Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical expertise in ICT project management
- Microsoft certification
- Networking certification
- Experience managing ICT projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Microsoft Hyper-V, Networking (VLANs, routing & design)
- Understanding of storage solutions (SAN/NAS), AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and project plans
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Desirable: Project management certification (e.g. Prince2)
- Desirable: Experience with Azure and PowerShell scripting
- Driving licence and own vehicle for travel to schools
Responsibilities
- Lead on technical design and documentation for projects and tenders
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries during project delivery
- Collaborate with schools and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and progress
- Create and manage schedules of work and project plans
- Support presales activity with technical input and timely responses
- Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions
- Help train and support team members where needed
- Maintain high standards of documentation and customer service
