Requirements

Must:
We are looking for someone with experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Operating Systems. Proficiency in virtualization technologies, particularly HyperV, as well as cloud technologies like Office365 and Azure is essential. You should have experience leading installations of servers and networks, along with the ability to make proactive decisions during ICT emergencies. We value outstanding customer service skills, with positive and proactive verbal and written communication. You should be flexible, adaptable, a friendly team player, and capable of working independently while effectively planning and organizing your time. A valid driving license and your own vehicle are necessary for travel to schools.

Responsibilities

As our 3rd Line Support, you will manage 2nd and 3rd line technical support for schools while providing excellent customer service. You will resolve and manage technical issues impacting school functions by delivering robust technical solutions. Additionally, you will assist in mentoring and supporting first and second-line roles, enforce and monitor compliance with school policies, and lead various projects from inception to implementation. You may also provide internal network support and conduct staff training as required.

This is a full-time position that can be office-based or follow a hybrid working pattern, with a requirement to work from the office at least twice a week.
